Do you have financing Available?
Yes, we do. At checkout on our website, you can apply for financing for small purchases for individuals. If you are a church or a business, the process is different. Just call us to get more information. Churches and companies can finance the purchase of a complete sound system, including installation.
What items don't Ship Free? Free Shipping Policy
Most items ship Free; however, heavy items (over 70 pounds) incur shipping costs. Most of those items are too big for UPS and must be shipped by Freight.
How fast do you ship?
We ship everything via UPS or FedEx Ground. If you’re on the East Coast, you’re looking at about 3 days. West Coast? More like 6 days.
What if I need the item sooner?
No worries! We can definitely do 2-day or overnight shipping. Just make sure you’ll cover the extra shipping cost.
What if I need to return an item?
Easy! Just reach out to us and we’ll walk you through it. You’ve got 45 days to return stuff. You can click here to learn more about our return policy.
Do you repair professional audio equipment or instruments?
We don’t handle repairs ourselves, but we’d be happy to point you toward service centers that specialize in whatever gear you’ve got.
How can I send my item for warranty repair?
First thing – make sure you have your receipt handy. Then head to the manufacturer’s website and look for their support section (repairs or warranty claims), or give them a call. They’ll take care of you and get your gear fixed up.
Quick heads-up: repairs usually take 3 to 4 weeks, and there’s no way to speed them up.
